Robbie are busy preparing the next feed for John. 8 hours down but not necessarily half way yet as the tide is against him. There are loads of listeners to Cork's 103 FM are calling and texting their best wishes, after JJ gave us an update.
I can tell you there's lots of virtual swimming taking place today - if the listeners could jump in beside you, they would.
